朋友敍舊,全部男人,最驚唔飽,又想食豪d又驚貴,最好呢度任飲任食,又無時段限制,咁先暢快。有蔗水,韓底罐裝,碑酒仲有 asahi。海鮮係指定,肥牛同其他料任食。一嚟就上指定每人燒乳鴿同燉湯,頂頂肚,燒得唔錯,幾香,入味。呢度蒸火鍋唔同出面咁自己計時,自己上,一嚮鐘就有人飛埋嚟招呼,唔使叔親自動手! 蜆最易熟,果然識做,係指定海鮮既第一味。估唔到蜆同花甲都幾大隻,仲有東風螺。啖啖肉,無沙,每人都最少分到8,9隻,蒸完出嚟,蜆味海水味比平時濃幾倍,正!蒸元貝,大過乒乓波,加埋蒜蓉,蒸得剛剛好。桶蠔都肥美,北寄貝,熟左放喺壽司就食得多,新鮮蒸,仲要加粉絲蒜頭都係第一次,好食,爽口。龍蝦開邊,一人半隻,都係新鮮,白肉爽甜。蒸龍躉肉,好滑,魚皮膠質重,好快掃清。和牛片,1分鐘就得,重牛味,加左幾輪單,每次質素都ok。金針蒸雞,滑蝦丸牛肉球都彈牙,仲有釀冬菇,釀豆卜馬拉糕,食之前無咩期望,都係酒樓馬拉糕,估唔到好鬆軟,又唔太甜,又係翻單之選。最後食個粥先係主角,所有海鮮精華喺晒度,個個話飽話飽都食兩碗。
