在網上尋找正宗京菜,發現這間蔡瀾筆下推薦的老北京!裝潢很有中國味。菜式很多,一時間看得眼花撩亂,本想來一隻片皮鴨,可惜剛好買完,下次來要先預訂!吃北京菜不吃羊肉怎行?本想來一道孜然羊肉,卻被隔壁的羊肉串吸引了!羊肉串用鐵枝穿上,肉粒大塊,入口香嫩而微羶,加入孜然及辣椒粉,香且惹味,家父對此回味無窮!又來一道必點的小籠包,一籠六隻的小籠包,皮薄卻不易穿,入口餡肉鮮香,肉汁豐盈四溢,出色!松鼠桂魚來一道重頭大菜,口感酥脆,酸甜醒胃,醒胃可口,用上大大條桂魚,骨少而多肉,四人幾乎吃不完。蔡瀾推薦的肉餅——大蔥豬肉餡餅肉餡飽滿而多汁,外皮薄薄的煎炸至焦脆,果真出色。最後來一道高力豆沙,外層雪綿鬆軟,以少許豆沙增添風味,如果豆沙餡更多就完美了!等𨋢期間發現午市有半自助餐,下次來試試!
