一提起香港僅餘嘅合法大排檔,就會諗起勝香園,佢仲保留住香港六、七十年代嘅餐廳特色,冇華麗嘅外觀,冇安全嘅瓦遮頭,冇花肖嘅餐單,有嘅只係一份懷舊,細細地嘅煮食爐,幾張簷縫下嘅摺枱,一張簡單嘅餐單,咁就撐起一個鋪頭同一個家。一講起勝香園,就一定要食佢嘅皇牌──蕃茄湯。今次叫咗蕃茄鮮牛肉蛋通粉($33),食蕃茄湯最好配通粉,咁就可以一路食通粉一路飲個湯。依到嘅蕃茄湯一上黎就熱辣辣而且香噴噴,鮮紅色酸酸甜甜嘅蕃茄好吸引到食客嘅胃口,有別於只係落蕃茄粉嘅湯底,佢嘅蕃茄湯食得出係用新鮮蕃茄煮出黎,特別濃郁,啖啖都係蕃茄味。仲叫咗兩款脆脆同朋友share,牛油檸檬汁蜜糖脆脆($18)甜甜地,混醬脆脆($19)係混牛油、煉奶、果占、花生醬,值得一讚嘅係啲脆脆真係名符其實,好香脆,就黎有入口即溶嘅感覺。無論係幾時黎食,人流都係好旺,而且好受旅客歡迎,只要等10-15分鐘就有位。有啲人會覺得大排檔唔衛生,不過見佢經營咗咁多年都屹立不倒,就知係有保證嘅餐廳!
