近年來大南街除了成為藝文與皮革熱門打卡點,各式食肆如雨後春筍,平添不少熱鬧人氣,我們由街尾逛到街頭,順路在「好燒式串燒專門店」嘗過串燒晚餐。串燒八大天王:和牛肋串~美味的和牛串,香草添香味又色澤,色、香、味俱佳。鹽燒牛舌串~肉質軟嫩中又帶點兒嚼勁,咀嚼中慢慢滲出舌心的甘甜酥香。陰公豬串~做陰公豬就不好了!吃串陰公豬串就一樂也啦。燒魷魚鬚~拎起一串燒魷魚鬚往嘴巴送,除了美味,還很有那些年「掃街」的感覺!煙肉金菇卷~咬下金菇卷很有爽脆口感!西班牙黑毛豬肋串~大多是以圈養的方式飼養的黑毛豬,口感是特別柔嫩的。燒日本芝士年糕~外脆內軟糯,芝士味不算太濃,合適我口味。特色蒜蓉包配原粒蒜頭~烤焗蒜頭又粉又腍又甜,配香脆法包片吃,別具風格挺! 六大主菜~蕃茄清酒煮沙白~ 沒沙的沙白肥美飽滿且鮮甜,粉絲吸收鮮味湯水吃,非常滋味!日式汁燒魷魚筒~魷魚的鮮嫩彈牙肉質,已經是最佳的享受了!泰式燒豚肉~泰式風味與串燒豚肉風格各異,美味同源!蒜蓉燒茄子~原條燒茄子,蒜味濃郁,茄子軟熟腍滑,滋味可口。龍蝦汁大蝦意粉~賣相不浮誇,很有家的味道。牛油燒開邊大花蝦~人工水產養殖的大花蝦,肉質爽脆鮮嫩,媲美生產於河、海
