To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唔係用蘋果蓉整,而係焗熟抽乾少許水份嘅蘋果片🍎比較有質感,個人好鍾意
配上雲呢拿雪糕,冰火交融🍨將雪糕放上蘋果批一齊食係另一個境界😍

旁邊仲有啲果醬作伴碟裝飾
我同男朋友本身唔好蘋果批,但呢個意外地好食👍🏻絕對值得一試
感覺亦冇其他蘋果批咁heavy咁漏

食物味道調味相當正宗🇫🇷最鍾意係鴨腿配鴨油煎薯仔 同 酥皮蘋果批甜品
環境ok,簡單得來又有啲西餐浪漫情調,多數食客為情侶👩‍❤️‍👨
上菜有次序而且唔需要等好耐,每食完一道會幫你換碟,又會定時幫你斟水
只係侍應做事比較急同有規矩,可能語氣聽落會差啲啲🙈
不過佢哋好樂意接受客人食後感,即時反映俾大廚聽,值得欣賞👍🏻
見佢有午市套餐,相當抵食,最平$88,包餐湯/沙律、主菜配菜、飲品
晚餐貴少少,大概$400/人,起法國菜入面可能已經算比較affordable
