萬聖節過後,與友人落到來老蘭的酒吧飲杯野及聚一聚食個飯,不少酒吧的萬聖節裝飾都仍然掛在餐廳中,我們沿途欣賞下街中的店鋪及酒吧,入夜時份,都有不少外國人及本地人去到酒吧開懷暢飲,可見氣氛都是好熱鬧,我們去到蘭桂芳後選擇了Ciao Chow 的一間酒吧餐廳食晚飯。Ciao Chow 主打是食意大利菜,餐牌全部都是寫上英文為主,都附上寫了一些意大利的詞語,沒有一些食物相片的圖,都用了不少時間去了解份menu,不過我們遇到疑問,店中的服務生都好樂意解答客人,感覺他們都好nice好helpful。今晚我就晤飲酒了,我選擇了杯 mocktail,這杯帶粉紅的冰涼飲品叫「Basil -Ade」,先啜第一啖,已飲到濃郁basil 味,大片的羅勒葉放mocktail中,感覺好清新,味道感到甜甜地且有天然的青檸酸香,內有幾粒raspberry,讓口感更有莓的粒粒爽口,冰涼可口的又順喉。前菜點了一份 gorgonzola piemontese($52),加入了適量的gorgonzola的藍芝士鋪設在mascarpone芝士上,讓芝士味道互相平衡而變得溫和一點,伴碟有兩片烤麵包,味道濃郁的藍芝士夾上大量mas
