由香港名人林建岳開設的食肆「九龍廳」晚飯出品價錢不斐,是有名人飯堂之稱的米芝蓮一星「港島廳」的姊妹餐廳。位置坐落於尖沙咀圓方(Elements) 上層平台三樓,圓方算是少數設計得比較難行的商場,許多時候都讓人迷路,三樓有個圓形花園廣場SkyGarden,正中有座噴水池,旁邊圍着不同的餐廳,而主打中菜的就只此一家。九龍廳設有戶外露天座位,很洋風,不說還以為是西餐廳,室內是一種陸羽茶室的風韻,整間大廳就像一所古老大宅,除了深色原木,也掛了很多山水畫。後面偏廳的裝潢以鮮黃色為主調,配上老夫子的畫,一新一舊,非常有趣。加上懷舊天花吊扇和鏡子等擺設,擬做出五、六十年代上海高級餐廳的感覺。餐廳分成兩層,上層設計豪華,裝有落地大窗框,極具氣派。茶具跟食具都頗為雅緻,與室內的環境互相呼應。可惜我當天所見這裡的服務員全無笑容,亦沒有主動加茶加水及清理枱上食物碗碟,可能是我們未有像富豪般的消費,又怎會有富豪般的服務呢!著數推介:AE白金有9折 優惠,消費滿180元有4小時免費泊車小食(每碟$30),我們五人自動送來兩碟,但是沒有選擇,覺得有搶錢的感覺 一客三個,這裡是兩客,屬「迷你」版,菠蘿皮頗為鬆脆,裡

賣相一般,細細粒的蝦餃放在大大的蒸籠,而且排列不整齊。皮雖偏厚但沒有過濕至黐笠笠的現象出現。至於餡料,蝦肉爽彈、筍鮮爽香!

餃子皮薄,粉橙的泡菜色澤透出皮層,唯內裡的泡菜經蒸煮後毫無泡菜的酸與辣,雖然餡料中的蝦隻爽彈,但這個組合未能突出泡菜的特色
