To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚要返學，學校附近有很多小店，但很喜歡這間［貓之眼 - 日式醬汁飯專門店］，水準很高。以前學廚嗰陣，也幻想將來會否開小店，開什麼小店好呢? 到現在也一直在發夢中......😇今晚選了招牌三色蛋包飯，呢個好啱我呢種心多多嘅人，我嘅組合係「咖喱豬肉，蛋包飯，忌廉雞肉」，左中右，形同貓貓眼睛一樣。❤️我鍾意坐吧枱，因為店員之間嘅對話成日都好搞笑。 他們的日式咖喱豬肉汁用了30幾種香料及蔬菜等煮成，味道帶甜順喉，有層次，忌廉雞肉香滑，配上嫩滑滑嘅蛋包飯，人哋明明減緊肥嘅，但每次嚟都成碟食晒🤣🤣，因為佢用咗日本秋田米，軟糯甘香，食時感受到他們做菜的那份誠意，加油！ 食完開心滿足。店子細小，裝修簡約。他們上菜速度快，好啱香港人😂。
