天氣凍凍地好想食蛇羹， 上網搵個資料後，見到這間蛇王業評價唔錯老字號，蛇羹勁大碗好足料， 薄脆放了一樽在枱上 ，第一啖覺得湯底唔好，無藥材味，味道似同食碗仔翅差唔多，有些味精，吃完之後就有些口亁。
