To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 3月3日, 趁住仲凍凍地, 就去食下好耐都冇食過嘅蛇羹, 喺中環要數最出名嘅, 一定係蛇王芬~ 由老字號變成而家旅客必到之地, 我地都竟然冇食過, 今之終於可以一嚐~::: 蛇羹 ::: $85雖然$85一碗係貴咗d, 直頭可以話係遊客價, 但係去得蛇王芬又點可以唔食呢? 上枱嘅蛇羹係普通飯碗咁大~ 料都算多, 啖啖都可以食到蛇肉, 加上個羹湯底味都甜甜地, 確實係有水準~ 有甘而不腥嘅味道, 只係有少少蛇嘅羶味, 如果怕嘅就可以加d胡椒粉去遮住d味~ 加上面頭仲有d薄脆, 可以增添脆口感~ 雖然係細碗咗d, 有d唔夠喉咁, 就當係少食多滋味~::: 蜜瓜瑤柱燉螺頭湯 ::: $73每盅湯都係原盅燉, d料多到上盅頂, 用料優質, 又點會唔好味? 感覺就似將所有湯料嘅精華溶晒落湯入面, 湯頭清徹得沒有半點油光, 鮮甜中帶瑤柱螺頭濃香, 加上蜜瓜更添滋潤! 起初都覺得七十幾蚊一個湯貴得離譜, 但飲過至知, 食材用料加上燉湯心機, 絕對值得~::: 鴛鴦腸飯 ::: $50叫多個鴛鴦腸飯, 個飯冇汁好dry, 只係靠腊腸潤腸嗰d油去濕潤個飯, 之但係呢2條腸油份都唔多... 所以好睇嗰d腸

叫多個鴛鴦腸飯, 個飯冇汁好dry, 只係靠腊腸潤腸嗰d油去濕潤個飯, 之但係呢2條腸油份都唔多... 所以好睇嗰d腸嘅質素, 好彩腊腸潤腸都非常香, 腸衣薄脆得一咬即破, 腊味豐富, 亦唔會好油膩, 個人覺得潤腸比較好味, 配啖白飯都唔錯~

不愧為老字號, 燉湯同蛇羹以至腊味都非常有水準, 唔怪之得可以貴為遊客必到之處~ 亦可能係呢d老字號嘅關係, 侍應嘅服務都維持喺舊時嘅階段, 十問九唔應, 落單叫幾次先叫到人, 其餘時間可以話係冇服務, 如同自助一般... 雖然係咁, 下次仲有機會, 我都會想試下個煲仔飯~
