元朗終於開左tamago-en啦,之前聽朋友講過話呢間連鎖店食物質素唔錯,今日終於有機會黎試宜家開返晚市堂食多翻好多人外食,餐廳位置唔多,如果唔想等位就要早d黎啦(我地六點半到都已經要排隊了TvT)餐廳以雞蛋為主題,裝修又點會少得呢個元素呢抬頭一望,成個天花板、牆身都係蛋全店採用日本沖繩農場直送既雞蛋,好多人都慕名而來㗎--5款玉子串燒($68)玉子燒蛋香十足、用日本蛋製成既玉子燒特別唔同既五款口味各有特色,有蟹肉、蛋黃醬+明太子醬、魚子、黑豆同埋番茄味個人最喜愛蛋黃醬+明太子醬,玉子既香甜配上鹹香既醬汁簡直係絕配--明太子三文魚忌廉蛋包飯($98)旋風蛋煎得啱啱好,雞蛋非常嫩滑,個人覺得可能再生少少會更加好醬汁方面,明太子味道十分濃郁、特出入面係雞肉炒飯、飯粒乾身,粒粒分明,充滿住雞油既香味三文魚塊總共有三大舊,份量算多三文魚煎得啱啱好,十分嫩滑,口感、味道都一流--焦糖奶昔/士多啤梨奶昔($48)奶昔用加到生雞蛋落去整,面層有層蛋白泡泡同埋一小球雲呢拿雪糕飲落係creamy既,但又唔會太heavy味道方面覺得焦糖味整體而言比較夾ps雪糕溶左之後甜度大增,建議唔係咁嗜甜既朋友可以早少
