第一次食呢間蛋糕店嘅蛋糕,一望去陳列雪櫃,好多款蛋糕/撻/批都好吸引好想食!最後揀咗下面三款:蜜瓜批13cm呢個蜜瓜批幾驚喜,因為食過幾間類似嘅日式蛋糕店,好多蛋糕都係個樣好靚,但食咗就覺得係華而不實。而且買完先知原來係Italian tomato旗下⋯⋯更加⋯⋯會唔會中伏⋯⋯?第一啖食咗舊密瓜先~甜嘅!第一啖印象唔錯,繼續試!cream、夾層嘅海綿蛋糕、蜜瓜果粒,都正正常常~而中間內心會有一pat'糯米團'?煙煙韌韌!本人十分偏好煙煙韌韌嘅食物,所以加分!!呢個蜜瓜批整體都出色,打破咗我對'Italian tomato蛋糕=華而不實'嘅印象!但唯一要扣分嘅係佢個杏仁撻底比偏實還要實⋯⋯真心要不斷反覆切切切鋸鋸鋸(用鋪頭附上嘅蛋糕膠刀)+耐心 100%先可以食到呢個唔錯嘅蜜瓜批~撇除撻底~呢個$200幾嘅生日蛋糕都唔差啦!畀個好評啦~remark:第二日食埋剩下嘅小半,就發覺撻底已經變得更硬,撻底同上面嘅蛋糕已經分離,變咗兩個獨立個體,同埋撻底食落似雪硬咗嘅牛油味⋯⋯um⋯⋯究竟呢個批喺鋪頭放咗幾多日⋯⋯?不過蛋糕唔計撻底食係幾出色的!提子忌廉吉士撻呢個撻比想象中更出色!提子爽甜脆,而

第一啖食咗舊密瓜先~甜嘅!第一啖印象唔錯,繼續試!

本人十分偏好煙煙韌韌嘅食物,所以加分!!
呢個蜜瓜批整體都出色,打破咗我對'Italian tomato蛋糕=華而不實'嘅印象!
但唯一要扣分嘅係佢個杏仁撻底比偏實還要實⋯⋯
真心要不斷反覆切切切鋸鋸鋸(用鋪頭附上嘅蛋糕膠刀)+耐心 100%先可以食到呢個唔錯嘅蜜瓜批~

提子忌廉吉士撻
呢個撻比想象中更出色!
提子爽甜脆,而且提子皮唔會澀的。
下層嘅紅莓醬好好味,好鬆軟,隻味似細細個果時食嘅紅莓餡餅,好有童年回憶🤣加分!
呢三款撻/批個餅底都一樣,但似乎提子撻係最新鮮的,佢個撻底係三個入面最鬆脆,而且最易切開,唔係刀仔鋸大樹咁切極都切唔斷😅
$40一個幾公道~值得一試🤤

白桃吉士撻
白桃好爽脆又甜!
下層就係吉士醬,不過略嫌吉士醬偏實,感覺係雪咗幾日咁;而個杏仁撻底又偏厚,食落都係偏實、硬。
$48一個,就偏貴了⋯⋯
