To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 如果品茶屬新手，想易入口的話，選黑茶或紅茶會比較好，因為黑茶及紅茶比較香純，不會澀澀的，也不會帶有刺激性。今次我選的是蜜香紅茶。樂茶軒的茶都是用紫紗茶壺沖泡的，小小的茶壺🫖倒出來的茶蜜香甜美。薑汁小籠包🫚薑汁味不濃，有少量湯汁，味道不俗。流心麻蓉竹炭包😋麻蓉很香口，包體很軟。龍華寺素卷🥙賣相一流，新鮮煎煮，脆香美味。香菇豉油皇炒麵🍄麵條夠乾身，味道偏向淡淡的，送茶都很香口。Xo 醬煎腸粉🫙腸粉一條條的口感分明，味道偏淡。香煎鍋貼🥟鍋貼很大隻，點喼汁，很香口惹味。椰汁紅豆糕🫘是凍糕來的，紅豆分佈平均，糕的味道唔錯。迷你荷葉糯米包🍃呢個係雞珠雞來，有香香的荷葉味，味道不錯。玫瑰茉莉花湯圓🍵湯圓是用玫瑰茉莉花茶浸泡，味道唔錯。店舖的環境清幽，是一個古色古香既茶室，慢慢泡茶食點心，可以慢慢聊天。個人覺得相比起普通茶樓，樂茶軒的茶的味道是更勝一籌，可是，樂茶軒的點心味道就略為遜色。
