To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上OpenRice尋找食上海菜的好地方,見到香港老飯店標榜少鹽少糖的賣點,所以二話不說就選了這間飯店幫襯,一於出街都要食得健康啲。未點餸已有兩碟小食跟上,酸菜開胃,鹹花生脆口。餐前點了核桃燻蛋,核桃鬆脆,燻蛋蛋白雖呈淡啡色,但食落煙熏味重,流心!跟著我們點了幾款食上海菜的代表菜式,有蟹粉小籠包、砂鍋醃篤鮮湯、松子黃魚、火腿津白等。小籠包不但juicy, 而且溢出淡淡的蟹膏香味,值得比讚。砂鍋醃篤鮮湯則鮮甜可口,餸料豐富,有鹹肉、竹筍、白菜、百頁結...松子黃魚不失為一道經典菜式,既睇得又香口醒胃。火腿津白更不用說,是我的至愛,淋甜的津白掛着有奶香的獻汁,既健康又美味。甜品方面食了芝麻湯圓和高力豆沙。湯圓大大粒,芝麻餡很香,不太甜。高力豆沙大細適中,外層蛋白鬆軟,內層蓮蓉香甜,如果加多一片香蕉就更加好味。整體覺得食物質素達標,分量亦算大碟,價錢合理,難怪平日的晚上都有八九成的客人!
