尖東血拼,爆買之下,平日最在乎的美食已是拋諸腦後了,此刻只想早早吃過晚餐,再續血拼之旅。逛至新港中心之際,見唐宮小聚仍未有等候的人潮,還是早早入座為上。這家以新派中式點心作主打,新張期間惠顧更每位送上乳鴿半隻,難怪不到七時已全店滿座。熟知國內餐飲潮流的該會知道,唐宮在內地是赫赫有名的餐飲品牌,當中以唐宮海鮮舫最為人所知。進軍香港市場卻是以年輕、摩登形象示人,改走親民路線。菜式來自五湖四海,京、川、滬菜式外,還有更多是聞所未聞的,而卡通點心更是香港限定,跟內地的唐宮是兩個截然不同的走向。走過開放式廚房,一個個點心蒸籠置得高高的,廚師們的烹煮過程亦一覽無遺。各種調料像是裝飾品般排列整齊,米糠油、油醬料、老干媽......都是有品牌來歷的,是個食物安全的保證。點菜後,每位來客敬送白玉王鴿半隻,乳鴿不算肥厚,但皮脆肉嫩,這優惠十分抵食。來嚐點心名物,前菜先帶來驚喜。陳釀醉蟹( $69)屬江蘇一帶的名物,熟毛蟹公以話梅、汾酒、太雕酒浸泡醉製,酒香恰到好處。黃滿膏膩的醉蟹,舌下感受到那蟹黃的粘膩,正是公蟹的引人之處。更驚喜的是再度遇上這杭州魚丸($59),曾在當地嚐過這款魚丸,跟潮汕魚丸是截然不同

更驚喜的是再度遇上這杭州魚丸($59),曾在當地嚐過這款魚丸,跟潮汕魚丸是截然不同的食感。同是以新鮮魚肉打成,潮汕魚丸講求彈牙實在,這魚丸卻是反其道而行,輕軟如綿,加上清鮮的高湯,滑溜如凝脂的蒓菜,清新又討好。

點來聚聚($69)感覺相當抵食,這點心拼盤一客五件,當中最特別是柚子餃,餃皮有柚子的清酸,蝦膠鮮甜又爽口。黑松露餃香氣撲鼻,黑黔黔的賣相特別。紫薯包賣相平實得很,當中的紫薯餡清香不膩,同樣出色。

比起花巧的造型點心,這黑金流沙 ($49)其實更得我心,黑襯金有種低調的貴氣。掰開鬆軟的包身,奶皇餡傾瀉而出,能嚐到咸蛋皇沙沙的食感,水準甚高。
