說來有趣,每年的《米芝蓮》發報會我也有去,記得去年在告報當晚應數月前之約到「大班樓」試菜,店剛獲升為一星;今天應早前之約到在「Strip House By Harlan Goldstein」試菜,勢估唔到開業不足一年的扒房,平地一聲雷獲一星推介,連自己亦想不到「係唔係咁蹻呀?!」見慣不怪,淡然的心情來試試自家熟成(wet age)的美國牛扒,火候拿捏得好而份量亦為慷慨,其間探聽到周末Brunch,任吃頭盤跟頂級肉眼扒亦不過$288,升級任飲意大利氣泡酒$408,牌面睇亦十分划算
