自從譚仔/三哥米線大行其道之後,都好耐無食過車仔麵了。難得早收工,所以上左轉嘉頓山之後諗住一口氣行返屋企。出發之前醫左肚先。經過見到呢間好似食拉麵嘅鋪頭,但又寫住兩餸車仔麵只需$23,咁抵無理由唔食的吧。估唔到除左唔同車仔麵配料,仲有幾多小食,連串燒都有十幾款可以選擇。拿拿臨點左個三餸全豬車仔麵:豬紅,豬皮及豬腸配油麵。呢三樣料先試到車仔麵嘅水準嘛。面頭仲灑上櫻花蝦米,提香又提鮮。咖哩豬皮。咖喱唔算好辣,豬皮都入味同爽口。滷水豬大腸。厚肉同煮走晒啲脂肪,所以食落唔油同無豬羶味。唔錯。豬紅。夠結實唔會一夾就散,而且腩汁個味入晒裡面。豬紅要咁先好食架嘛。食麵嗰時加埋呢度嘅辣椒油(其實唔辣),提鮮之餘仲可以令個湯底增添層次,因為用櫻花蝦,,蔥頭做嘅香油食落似XO醬,同個湯底首尾呼應,一定要落。最後點多個燒蒜蓉茄子。食返啲蔬菜平衡一下嘛。因為原條即燒嘅關係,都等左一段時間。但係值得嘅,香滑又多水分,配上焦脆蒜泥,十分惹味。估唔到街坊價錢,可以食到咁高質嘅車仔麵,邊個話食好野一定要去餐廳架。
