To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 爸爸鐘意食東南亞菜,見新開左間「漁樂」,就陪佢試試。餐廳幾大幾闊落,空間感唔錯,食飯傾計都特別輕鬆自在。牆上好多香料裝飾,天花同燈都幾有特色,感覺幾好可能因為暑假期間,我諗店員大部分係暑期工或新手,我地一入位,負責我地張枱既侍應冇自動自覺拎水比我地。後來請佢添水,佢竟然係拎隻杯去添餸菜選擇唔算太多,不過都ok。我地五個人食晚飯,小食:札肉青木瓜絲沙律、黑醬牛油雞翼。菜:飛天通菜炒豬頸肉、雜菌焗茄子。肉:紅咖哩雞、冬陰公魚塊。主食:炒金邊粉、手抓餅、牛油法包。唔好以為我一家係恐龍,哈哈。叫咁多係因為佢樣樣都細細份,不過都好,一次過可以試多D唔同野札肉青木瓜絲沙律:酸酸甜甜,幾開胃。黑醬牛油雞翼:牛油味幾重,個人幾鐘意。飛天通菜炒豬頸肉:幾有鑊氣,菜都幾新鮮。紅咖哩雞:幾香,雞肉幾嫩,不過爸爸覺得唔夠辣,係港式咖喱。牛油法包:麻麻地,唔脆,有D硬。埋單都係$400幾。呢個價錢,食到呢個質素,唔錯
