To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

👤人數：2💰埋單：150🍽口味：標準，稍有味精味🍽菜份量：偏細華姐清湯腩好有歷史年份，味道都依然冇變，更多食嘅會係一個回憶故事。每次同朋友去完維園游水都一定會去食華姐清湯腩，而且每次都吾會變嘅係要坑腩，好淋好味，其中最最受歡迎嘅粉麵係佢嘅河粉，佢河粉同出面河粉有少少唔一樣，口感會稍微彈少少，唔係粉嗰隻，所以我每次幾乎都會食河粉。但今次河粉賣嗮，我哋分別嗌咗上海面同撈寬粉。都好好味呀，主要係因為都好彈，口感加分。至於湯底，我個人覺得幾好，雖然有少少味精味，但我可以接受，身邊有朋友就接受唔到，所以我諗見仁見智。
