To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這店子位於荃灣海霸街,不經不覺已開業6年了,價錢大眾化,全年免收加一,不收開瓶費和切餅費,街坊們熟晒地埗,所以經常爆滿。今晚沒有吃壽司,而是吃了幾個店子廚師推介菜式,味道很不錯。【帶子蟹膏刺身】4粒鮮帶子刺身橫身切開,夾著鮮甜蟹膏,外邊還上些蟹籽。一口便可以嚐到帶子和蟹膏的鮮味,感覺超正!【胡麻冷柏葉】牛柏葉好爽好腍的,下面還有些青瓜絲,配上日式胡麻醬一起吃,好好味!【雞軟骨】雞軟骨唔油膩,粒粒卜卜脆,有咬口。自家柚子醬味道清新,可以中和雞軟骨的熱氣感。【鵝肝和牛粒石頭飯】這個石頭飯不可不吃,因為非常好味。和牛粒好腍,味道濃郁。炒飯底加入鵝肝碎一起炒,所以特別香。另外,飯裡面是有一片鵝肝的,入口即溶。成個飯是A級推介!【黑松露醬焗金菇】金菇好爽口,加入黑松露醬令到本身沒有味道的金菇,立即昇華起來。【蒜蓉燒茄子】原隻茄子燒完之後變得軟軟腍腍,入口立刻溶化。蒜香、蔥化、熱油配合燒茄子,是很好的配搭,令人一吃難忘。
