To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喺上星期六,我同朋友去咗深水埗嘅金豪酒家食飯,真係食得好開心!我哋點咗唔少好味嘅餸。首先係金沙蝦球,外面鬆脆可口,裹住香濃嘅金沙,咬落去可以食到蝦嘅鮮甜,真係好正!跟住係豉油王鵝腸,廚師加入咗獨特嘅醬汁,味道恰到好處,食到我哋一啖接一啖,根本停唔落嚟。仲有芥辣牛柳粒,麻辣味道好驚喜,牛肉嫩到不得了,再配上微辣嘅芥末,真係好過癮。再講到奇味雞煲,呢道菜香氣四溢,雞肉入味,食完根本想再要一碗飯!另外,深海龍躉兩味都好好味,清蒸同煎炸各有各嘅風味,魚肉鮮美得令人忍唔住多食幾口。再者,魚腐豆苗清爽可口,豆苗脆脆嘅,配上魚腐,可以解先前肉類嘅膩!如果想同朋友聚埋一齊食飯又諗唔到去邊度,不妨可以嚟到深水埗呢間酒家嚟品嚐呢間餐廳嘅美食。
