To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近行經東亞商場發現開左間越南野 今晚就同屋企人一齊係呢到食個晚餐啦 叫左個蟹膏檬粉 配牛油果沙冰 豬扒飯 配凍咸檸水 同埋春卷 牛油果沙冰做得好綿好滑 鐘意食牛油果既一定要叫啊凍咸檸水有一粒幾大粒既咸檸 好似迷你檸檬咁 飲落真係好咸 哈哈春卷個皮厚左啲 細細舊咁 所以入面都包唔到好多料 非常一般 但佢有配醃蘿蔔 正豬扒飯既飯係黃飯黎 食落有少少乾身 不過佢豬扒唔算乾 所以食落都還可以 一樣都有配醃蘿蔔同埋幾片青瓜蕃茄蟹膏檬粉 係蕃茄湯底既 仲配左好多野添 有豆卜 豬紅 扎肉 肉碎同主角蟹膏 好香蟹味 湯底酸酸地好開胃 不過個粉唔似我地食開既檬粉 似米粉多啲
