To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

香港人喜歡一盅兩件，花上幾小時飲茶，慢慢嘆，享受生活的節奏。海港門口有自助探熱器，裡面地方大，冷氣強勁。雖然客人不多，但樓面工作的人也很少，看到有客人自己走去加水及倒水。潮州粉果，正宗皮薄餡靚，裡面材料豐富，有沙角，迷你蝦米，香蔥香芹，花生碎，加上胡椒粉，必食點心之一。金莎蘿蔔腸， 腸粉皮下有脆皮，香蔥香芹加滿滿的蘿蔔絲，如素者可選擇此點心。鮮竹卷一籠有三條，上湯清甜，餡料豐富好味。牛肚爽口，蘿蔔淡味，味道一般。豉汁鳳爪準備過程不簡單，鳳爪過水之後要炸，炸完要調味，再蒸，香噴噴的鳳爪就在眼前。鳳爪在茶樓如此受歡迎，就證明是不可缺少的點心。滷水鵝掌翼配上酸醋，味道一流，喜歡吃鵝掌翼的朋友不要錯過。
