To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次去咗喺咁多人讚口不絕嘅北角美食天堂，百聞不如一食，我揀咗幾款招牌菜：擔擔麵、魚蛋、燒賣、生煎包、鍋貼、紅油抄手同小籠包。擔擔麵啵啵嘅花生香郁濃，口感順滑，雖然唔辣但異常惹味；魚蛋同燒賣就算唔係話題之作，都夠哂彈牙同新鮮，配啲辣醬一流。生煎包外脆內軟，肉汁滿溢，就算喺熱辣辣嘅香港天氣下食，都食得咁開懷。鍋貼有嗲香脆，餡料豐富得滯，熱辣嘅紅油抄手係辣中帶鮮，餡料滋味十足，惹味到令人一試難忘。當然少不了嘅小籠包，一口咬落肉汁四溢，皮薄餡靚，叫人即刻愛上！整體來講，每款菜式都有獨特嘅口感同層次，真係值得一試再試嘅好地方。下次想食啲地道美食，記得唔好錯過呢間！👍💯🌟
