To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

細細個就食過呢間店嘅燒賣同魚蛋，放工唔太肚餓，食呢啲小食就最啱。叫咗四樣嘢食：燒賣+齋燒賣水準正常，同以前一樣都係咁煙煙韌韌，好有咬口。第一次食佢嘅齋，比想像中好味，味道甜甜哋，質感唔太腍。生煎包包皮稍為厚咗啲啲，但係裏面舊肉大大粒，醃得好夠味，連埋個皮一齊食恰到好處。鍋貼鍋貼真係呢間店嘅招牌，個底煎得非常脆口，咬落去真係會有格格聲，裏面嘅肉都係好夠味，值得推薦。好耐冇嚟，原來仲有好多新產品，例如小籠包、酸辣湯、上海麵等等，下次搵機會再嚟試。

包皮稍為厚咗啲啲，但係裏面舊肉大大粒，醃得好夠味，連埋個皮一齊食恰到好處。

鍋貼
鍋貼真係呢間店嘅招牌，個底煎得非常脆口，咬落去真係會有格格聲，裏面嘅肉都係好夠味，值得推薦。

好耐冇嚟，原來仲有好多新產品，例如小籠包、酸辣湯、上海麵等等，下次搵機會再嚟試。
