自從男友搬去西灣河後,這也變成我經常出沒的地方。今晚口淡啖,就走咗去食燒味。呢間舖的掛起的燒臘都有透明玻璃(?)隔開,是比較新式的燒臘店,感覺整齊乾淨企理。坐低就叫個二人餐($168),雙拼燒臘一碟、邪惡金蛋、油菜和兩份例湯或茶。雖然知道呢間舖燒鵝係招牌,不過可惜我對鵝敏感,所以無揀到,而揀咗切雞+叉燒。先上邪惡金蛋,看上去已經知道是炒滑蛋一碟,加上混合咸蛋黃的香味及口感,一試愛上~油菜是菜心,無渣。除咗蠔油,仲有少少炸蒜舖面,增添香味。拼盤擺放整齊,切雞是成隻脾切開上,自然啖啖肉。我好怕雞中間d骨見紅,不過呢度骨都無血紅且肉質嫩滑。叉燒一排半肥瘦,一排瘦叉。半肥瘦肉質鬆腍滑,味道適中,唔會太咸太甜。瘦叉就一定無半肥瘦咁正咁鬆,不過都唔算鞋。例湯是霸王花煲瘦肉雞腳,勁足料,清甜無味精,好味另外,我們用膳期間,聽到好多人叫乳豬,估計都係另一招牌。可惜我們叫餐時無留意原來拼盤可以揀乳豬,下次一定要試試
