To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平價高質點心,為咗酥皮叉燒包以來,我的至愛❤️👍🏻 酥皮叉燒包$23外脆內軟,同普通白皮叉燒包唔同。用咗酥皮真係好鬆脆,厚度剛好,唔會食到成口粉漿,叉燒調味好,非常惹味。 不過朋友話酥皮太甜,但我個人鍾意。👎🏻 金銀蛋瘦肉粥$23比較稀,瘦肉太鹹,金銀蛋真係得嗰幾粒。料唔多。麻麻。👍🏻鮮蝦腸$28粉皮好薄好滑,蝦好大,彈牙。good 👍🏻蝦餃$31皮薄,蝦肉多,夠彈牙。熱辣辣點心真係超好食,新鮮。👌🏻紅油炒手$26皮薄料多, 比平時嘅雲吞細粒, 食落冇乜口感 。有啲不足就係個汁唔夠辣。 芝麻都幾惹味,香。👎🏻 香煎蘿蔔糕$19 點解蘿蔔糕可以咁淋?係一架就散,夾到去個辣醬,已經再夾唔起,因為散得太厲害。而且裏面冇臘味 。料唔夠多,無口感。差👍🏻豉汁蒸鳳爪$21鳳爪呢啲都係靠個汁,個汁做得好好,食到有陳皮味。 鳳爪夠新鮮👍🏻豉汁蒸排骨$20平平無奇嘅蒸排骨竟然有驚喜。豬肉好爽,有豬肉味, 量不多但對得住呢個價錢,好食。兩個人食咗9 個點心,人均一百多啲。抵食呀,茶錢仲要收四蚊。
