燒肉屋的裝潢富有日本風味,適合放鬆和聚會的好去處,值得一試。我地試吓法國生蠔 Les Huitres St Martin,好新鮮,買一送一抵食,好大厚肉。薄刧A5宮崎和牛後腰配特製月見燒汁,肉質柔嫩至極,搭配特製的月見燒汁,為牛肉增添了幾分雅致。蒜蓉牛油烤凡立貝,凡立貝在炭火的烘烤下,蒜蓉與牛油的完美融合,職員教我哋將啲牛油蒜蓉汁撈飯一齊食,每一顆貝肉都吸飽了蒜香與牛油的精華,在口中留下持久的回味。超長日式牛仔骨,經過精心醃制,在烤制過程中,外皮變得焦香酥脆,而內部則保持了肉質的多汁與鮮嫩。叫咗兩杯無酒精飲品:海中錦鯉梳打 & 百香果鳳梨梳打。特別鍾意「海中錦鯉梳打」,個名好有意境,藍色飲品入邊放咗錦鯉型嘅軟糖,其色澤如海中的錦鯉一般鮮豔動人,每一口都是清涼與活力的結合。而“百香果鳳梨梳打”則以其熱帶風情吸引著味蕾,百香果的酸甜與鳳梨的香濃相得益彰,好飲又解渴。
