To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

西冷扒天使麵

難得去到深井,當然要試多D唔同o既野,今次又係食扒餐,叫個西冷扒天使麵.通常喱D餐只可以選飯,意粉同薯菜,而佢仲可以選天使麵同通粉,幾有驚喜.頭盤方面,麵包任食.今次有普通法式小麵包同玉米包,全部都熱辣辣,尤其特別鐘意食玉米包,有淡淡的玉米味道,牛油亦已解凍,非常好!紅湯用左番茄湯,番茄味勁農,令人懷疑係用左番茄醬,但實在有番茄肉係裡面.主菜方面,西冷扒上檯時已經熟透,而且有一大舊肥肉係度,佔左成塊扒同o既五分之一,實在太多.肉質都算ok,唔會起渣.天使麵炒得比較乾身,口感較硬及鞋口.其他配菜有西蘭花,椰菜花等.甜品有雪糕同朱古力mousse可選,唔錯!連加一$42,算ok!
