To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

“意蠔屋”顧名思義餐廳係 主打 意粉 及 生蠔。之前係紅磡 食過一次，今次見佢殺到黎我地頭，當然要試，意蠔屋 屬小店，沒有加一。不過地方細小擠迫人客太多，坐得不太舒服。開胃餐湯---打算食芝士系列，故不打算點 白湯。芝士焗珍珠蠔意粉---佈滿芝士，賣相好得 好吸引，意粉彈牙，珍珠蠔份量不少，蠔 嫩滑肥美，不錯！芝士焗三文魚多士($28)--- 多士烘得好脆夠熱，芝士同三文配合得剛好, 賣相亦相當吸引。芝士焗西蘭花---好大碟，芝士厚度足足有一寸，拉出芝士時，芝士還是絲絲，西蘭花底部仲有大量薯溶，正一句講曬，做到 平 靚 快 正 既要求，十分滿意，實在值得推介俾朋友。
