$20 Croqueta del Día :Croquette 據說其實係起源於法國🇫🇷,咁響西班牙🇪🇸亦都好流行要嚟做Tapas 個名叫 Croqueta,日本🇯🇵版本我亦都好鍾意食(當然要做得好食先鍾意食🤣)日本叫 クロケット🤩;呢日嘅 Croqueta 係「松露蘑菇可樂餅」,叫咗2個,香口好食,食到淡淡嘅松露香味🤩

$138 Chorizo Picante al Vino de Jerez:西班牙🇪🇸香腸 Chorizo 用嚟做Tapas 亦都係好普遍,一般係用紅酒煮 Chorizo en Vino Tinto🍷 ,呢間餐廳就特別啲用咗 Sherry Wine,再加 紅波椒、辣椒、洋蔥 做咗個簡單嘅 topping, 西班牙肉腸一般已經味道濃郁咁樣食落味道層次再豐富啲🤩
