今日係2020年最後一日,來到西環,想起不太多人認識的茶餐廳。這小店已轉手幾次了,但水準仍然不差。在記憶中,每次到這小店,我首選的是"沙嗲牛肉飯"👍其次會選擇食佢哋嘅"咖喱"👍。但是,今次想試吓佢哋嘅"黑椒牛扒飯"啦!果然沒有令人失望。首先飯底很有香味,軟硬度十分滿意;另外牛扒煎得也不錯,牛扒不會煙韌,不算太好,但已經很滿足了。黑椒汁很濃烈,配合牛扒的味道十分滿意。例湯是金銀菜蘿蔔煲豬骨,熱辣辣很濃郁味道。附上熱鴛鴦,這個午餐值得再試。
