To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Ooo大圍西餐廳ooO朋友見網上評價幾好所以book 左呢間餐廳，位置都幾近大圍站5-10分鐘。餐廳比較暗沉有啲懷舊氣氛。當晚餐廳說很多食材都已經沒有了，所以只有很少菜式選擇！不知是否呢個原因影響，我哋今次既用餐我和朋友都覺得食物非常一般。OooooO炭烤美國黑安格斯西冷扒（10oz) $298炭烤係做到5成熟，切開仲係紅紅地，肉質一般般，味道平平😊OooooO經曲新鮮藍青口配白洒忌廉汁（0.5kg) $178擺盤幾吸引，亦配了多士😊藍青口沒有很新鮮既感覺，忌廉汁味道尚可，多士不是蒜蓉多士，可能也烤熱多士上盤好一點。OooooO卡邦尼扁意大利麵 $158卡邦尼意大利麵的汁有點過多，意粉沉在汁中，味道還是可以的。可能當天食材短缺有影響質素🤔
