To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 咁啱啲友人都唔得閒,今晚一個人 chill 啲,心諗要嚟去間新開嘅餐廳嘗鮮下,斬正來個美國安格斯牛扒。餐廳唔錯哇,環境悠閒,等食物嗰陣仲可以朦朧望下九龍城景。一試佢個牛扒,塊扒好有份量,我叫5成熟,一切落去,肉汁即刻喷出🍖,撚牙,肉質鬆軟嫩滑。伴菜脆肉瓜同番茄加埋黎,清新解膩,食得出嚟佢哋係勁新鮮。忌廉湯味道犀利,薯仔粒係咁軟熟,又唔會過份稠,暖笠笠好滿足😋。講返塊扒,真係食得出對牛肉嘅尊重,無多餘調味,簡單嘅調味已經突出晒美國安格斯嘅高質素。每咬一口,肉味滿滿,好似散發緊幸福嘅小太陽咁。至於炸薯條,外脆內軟,又香又得勁,幾有層次感。真係食完俾佢正中下懷🎯,難怪附近成晒話題,值得再嚟!
