To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

八月中旬‧晴這一天跟有勢力人士在這邊吃飯，見次次都去中華廚藝學院，又找一次來這裡。基本上跟那邊一樣都是學堂，不過這邊是西餐的。午市來，吃的是三選一套餐。麵包熱熱的，前菜是沙律，主菜就是燒鴨胸，做得都算有板有眼。可以從甜品的草莓巴菲中看出來，夠凍也幾滑，酸酸甜甜的，配上在旁的紅莓醬汁，都不錯。餐後還參觀了學員學習做西餐的地方，餐飲學堂也是本地應有的地方。
