To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 通菜街的銀龍剛翻新完,店內裝修、落單電腦化、圖文並茂的餐牌等,都看出銀龍要系統化,趕上翠華太興等茶餐廳的野心。有一位Lipton推廣小姐在店內,一有人叫奶茶,便會送上Lipton原子筆一支。估不到Lipton也要作這樣子的宣傳叫了豬扒包餐,熱奶茶熱奶茶:一喝下有微酸和澀味,應是茶底做得不好,但奶茶夠厚身,仍可接受。豬扒包:除豬扒外,夾了一塊番茄和千島醬。包的烘度剛好,包面有一些老虎紋的小脆塊,但包本身不夠乾身,有一點餐包的影子。千島醬的份量調較得好,不會太多,好過一些茶餐廳落很多白色沙律醬。個人認為其實好的豬扒包是不用落任何醬,因為豬扒的肉汁慘入豬仔包已夠好味。整個包最大問題出在豬扒上。豬扒肥膏佔了一般,很油,而且軔到根本咬不下。最後我要放棄豬扒,變成吃豬仔包餐茶餐廳要更上一層樓,不用裝修外表,先做好食物吧!

叫了豬扒包餐,熱奶茶
熱奶茶:一喝下有微酸和澀味,應是茶底做得不好,但奶茶夠厚身,仍可接受。
