To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 比較一下:前者年長自然更深色,泡沫之氣已大減,少許餅乾 biscuit 的資深老味,別於一般,我很喜歡;而 PN VZ15 清新順滑,常喝到熟悉的感覺。

法國與美國酒之比拼,原本以為大部份人會喜歡較珍貴的 Chateau L'Evangile,事實是衆人各有所好。

E君向來欣賞 Napa Valley 的紅酒,因為比一般甜易入口,而且可以儲存三十年成佳釀仍能喝,這一支算是年長,入口非常絲滑、軟身 “impressive tannins”  ,E君建議大家放久些慢慢飲,果然越飲越有味道!所以,品酒視乎個人喜愛,不一定越貴越好。
