To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日住港島的朋友帶我食上海菜,原來是來食出名的餛飩。我很喜歡食餃子,但這個上海餛飩真係值得一試,因為它們餐紙說堅守不本地法,保留上海名廚相傳而久的秘方。我們嗌了兩款餛飩,一款是元貝豬肉蝦仁餛飩,另一款試下素餛飩: 梅菜素瘦肉餛飩餛飩我覺得皮十分滑,口感非常好。有别於本土餃子,通常本地餃子的醃料都比較濃。而呢間上海餛飩的餡粒鮮,醃料感覺較少,主要是食它的原味鮮味,所以明白點解可以配簡單鼓油湯,有它吸引人之處。元貝豬肉蝦仁餛飩元貝絲加鮮味蝦仁,幾彈牙爽口。梅菜素瘦肉餛飩梅菜香配素肉很清新,少少咸香幾特別。黃金排骨菜飯黃金排骨炸得很香囗,不會很油膩,配菜飯很夾。酸辣湯餛飩酸辣湯很多料,酸甜味道剛好,很開胃。雪菜毛豆百頁第一次試這個菜式,一試愛上。雪菜、毛豆、百頁、西芹絲、 荀絲、辣椒。原來混在一起口感很好,爽口清新,調味不會太濃,飯前小吃一流。最後見$20有個十全養生湯,寫用蟲草花淮山響螺等十多種材料燉製,原本無太大期望,點知原來勁大碗,仲足料,又幾好飲,絕對不是味精湯。埋單每人才一百六十,係抵食高質上海菜。

酸辣湯餛飩
