而家上午多左時間,就更加想周圍搵新野食,鍾意有新鮮感又試到新既口味😆😆自己本身沙田友,係沙田其實野食都好多元化,今日行去禾峯搵食,知佢開左間上海野又想try try . 撞正lunch tune ,都好多中學生係度排隊。見到佢宣傳緊成為會員每次消費有9折優惠又有得優先訂座咁,如果係附近會定期食都幾好。最後等左陣就入得,我地2個人叫左啲野嘗試吓:🥢魚躍龍門:第一個感覺有啲似過年揮春名😆😆睇落原來係冷盤,將魚片雪凍,再用麻油撈下,連埋蘿蔔絲、芫茜去撈,營造爽口感覺。🥢香葉肉碎配叉子:上海做法的醬汁爆香肉碎,再將肉碎放入叉子,帶啲特別口感。🥢上湯小籠包:一籠四個,湯汁鎖到,包的外皮薄身,要慢慢夾。🥢豆沙窩餅:可以食到臨尾先叫佢起,豆沙唔會好甜,外面炸得剛好。🥢午市金湯豬肚雞套餐:跟一個白飯,同一杯野飲,豬肚同雞肉好配,再配埋大大杯四季春茶。🥢午市四川擔擔麵套餐:帶豆辦醬既味,麵質唔算彈牙但適中,沙底唔會太多花生醬既味,配伯爵紅茶。
