To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晏晝同同事出街食飯，食好啲係基本啦，今次仲係食酒店級菜式，真係幫我哋叉足電！今次嚟咗想食好耐嘅Chatterbox Express，餐廳係新加坡文華酒店Chatterbox Café嘅副線，佢哋嘅文華海南雞飯、招牌喇沙等都係人氣必食之選，餐廳環境特登設計到快餐店咁，務求令大家用抵食價歎到酒店級佳餚！文華海南雞飯海南雞嫩滑有雞油香味，雞皮薄脂肪少，口感非常爽滑，味道正宗再加埋三款醬汁，呢個價錢食到呢個質素嘅海南雞，性價比好高！炸豬扒喇沙豬扒都炸得幾鬆軟，炸完唔會油淋淋，入口香脆肉質軟嫩；喇沙湯底椰香味濃，配料多有齊魚片、豆卜同蛋，非常惹味！凍美祿恐龍超邪惡嘅美祿恐龍面頭有美祿粉同朱古力脆脆波，朱古力味道濃郁又香甜，美祿迷必試！

文華海南雞飯
海南雞嫩滑有雞油香味，雞皮薄脂肪少，口感非常爽滑，味道正宗再加埋三款醬汁，呢個價錢食到呢個質素嘅海南雞，性價比好高！

炸豬扒喇沙
豬扒都炸得幾鬆軟，炸完唔會油淋淋，入口香脆肉質軟嫩；喇沙湯底椰香味濃，配料多有齊魚片、豆卜同蛋，非常惹味！

凍美祿恐龍
超邪惡嘅美祿恐龍面頭有美祿粉同朱古力脆脆波，朱古力味道濃郁又香甜，美祿迷必試！
