To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時好少去觀塘，每次去都有所期待，因為觀塘地膽朋友一定會帶我吃好野。今次就帶我去巧明街工廈食川菜！佢發板話必食呢兩樣：《 川香回鍋肉 $108 》用咗用豬腩片，帶脂肪好爽口又唔會好油膩。加埋紅椒、青椒一齊炒有辣度，撈飯唔錯～《 茄子豆角 $78 》茄子吸汁入味，口感又夠晒稔，豆角口感煙煙韌韌，加埋好多辣椒炒好惹味～兩個人兩個餸已經夠飽，不過見到餐牌都多選擇，酸菜牛肉都有、水煮田雞、麻辣鍋等等，都幾特別，下次再試吓其他菜式先！
