To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 觀塘近年近開嘅Eastcore商廈進駐左唔少餐廳，「龍點心」就係其中之一🐉突破固有傳統框架，創新設計不同Fusion創意點心，讓大家感受不一樣的粵式風味😋.從餐廳裝潢已經好有fusion味，大量採用霓虹招牌、馬賽克磚、舊式圍欄，仲有獨特嘅吉祥物🐲明亮光猛，完全同一般茶樓、點心店唔同❣️.🍴龍燒賣、龍餃子💰$38、$42餐廳招牌點心🌟總共8款創意燒賣、蝦餃💕內有懷舊燒賣、麻辣牛肉燒賣、龍蝦汁墨魚燒賣、滷水鵪蛋燒賣、筍尖蝦餃皇、蟹粉菠菜香蝦餃、酸菜魚鳳眼餃、松露野菌晶瑩餃✨麻辣牛肉燒賣幾特別，好少何食燒賣會又麻又辣🤣酸菜魚鳳眼餃有少少估佢唔到，完全冇諗過酸菜魚同蝦餃可以做mix and match🤓.🍴脆脆富貴紅米腸粉💰$42顏色鮮艷好吸睛😍咬啖先係煙靭帶米香嘅外皮，中間脆米紙酥脆可口，內裏蝦肉彈牙鮮嫩😋 加咗少許沙律醬亦有提味作用😚.🍴鹹蛋黃燒賣💰$42喺墨魚燒賣中放入流心蛋黃醬，墨魚做嘅燒賣份外爽彈😆中間流心充滿鹹香👍🏻.🍴大澳蝦醬鮮魷卷💰$48入口非常酥脆，然後餡料好香蝦醬味😍鮮魷彈牙😙非常獨有嘅點心，鍾意蝦醬嘅一定要叫😉.🍴普通擔擔麵💰$48估唔到茶樓嘅擔擔面都咁高質🤪湯底濃郁花生香
