To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同朋友嚟觀塘食晏,選了駱駝漆入面這間「慢煮屋」。餐廳以慢煮作招徠,全日主食選項非常豐富,有丼飯、定食、烏冬和沙律等可供選擇。大盛慢煮牛腹丼 ($108),擺盤好靚,造型很有美感,粉紅嫩心,十分誘人!牛腹扒先以低溫慢煮,再用火輕輕炙過,入口帶陣陣牛脂香,拌流心溫泉蛋吃,更加滑溜。蜜脆活鰻魚丼 ($98)  鰻魚炸至脆身,再塗上蜜糖及黑椒等調味,外皮脆卜卜,內裡魚肉軟滑鮮嫩,入口啖啖肉,非常惹味。+$10  將丼飯轉成冷蕎麥麵,麵條煙韌滑身,清爽又開胃。套餐可以優惠價追加小食同飲品,揀咗芝士雞翼、海老、百香果茶及可樂。雞翼外脆內軟,配熱溶芝士,咸中帶香。海老新鮮彈牙,加上蝦頭內有唔少膏,邪惡又美味。
