To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這天在觀塘工作,之後跟同事吃晚飯,觀塘的駱駝漆三期美食多是常識吧,到了這間小店,簡簡單單吃一頓牛肉麵,踏入店内,便感受到一股台北的親切溫馨。今時今日做食肆不易,尤其地區小店,我們要大力支持!我點了他們招牌的金好呷宮格餐,很多款台式美食混在一起,芝士豬扒外焦裡嫩,芝士香濃,豬扒鮮美;花枝丸口感彈牙,鮮美異常;甜不辣外皮酥脆,滷肉飯豬油滲入飯香中,好味。拍檔點了牛肉麵,牛肉塊大且嫩,麵條筋道爽滑,湯頭鮮美濃郁,還點了小店在做宣傳的避風塘粟米,幾款避風塘菜色,晚上 8:30 後有半價,粟米粒粒飽滿,搭配著避風塘風味的炒料,香脆可口,又不會太辣,另外兩款豆腐及雞翼下次再試。
