一話去食泰國野,好多時都只會諗起九龍城!今日竟然喺觀塘工廈發現到正野—1988餐廳光線充足,枱與枱之間都唔會太逼!餐枱仲要係雲石添估唔到食泰國野都咁有文青feel!餐牌食物種類都好豐富,我地揀左生蝦、木瓜沙律、串燒雞+豬、蝦餅、西柚梳打同埋香葉肉碎飯!先嚟柚子梳打,一嚟到真係嘩一聲!味道唔會太甜,梳打水加四分一個西柚,超fresh!之後就係我最中意嘅生蝦啦!每隻生蝦面都配有小蒜頭同辣椒,加埋餐廳自家制醬汁,酸酸甜甜,好食!至於木瓜沙律呢,份量都幾多,木瓜絲配合生菜、蕃茄、花生粒等,好好吃哦!串燒方面,原本我只係揀左雞串,但侍應表示可以雙併咁嗌,所以就試哂雞串同豬串!串燒本身食落充滿蜜糖味道,甜甜的,放喺碟旁嘅係沙嗲醬,我本身麻麻地沙嗲,所以呢就冇點到~蝦餅食落非常彈牙,上枱熱辣辣,外層脆卜卜!最後嘅香葉肉碎飯,建議先均勻搞拌,感覺有d似生菜包,以為咁多辣椒一定好辣,點知又ok wo,食埋呢個主食,就完滿結束啦!
