To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日約左個朋友傾野，佢又想飲啖茶食下點心，揾揾下見到呢間龍點心，好似坐得幾舒服，點心又多選擇。黑金流沙包3隻（$32）見到枱枱都有叫呢款包，造型的確唔差，一搣開啲奶黃餡就流晒出嚟，鹹蛋黃既鹹香同奶黃既香甜好平衡，食哂成個都唔算膩，好正！鳳爪拼金錢肚（$36）又想食鳳爪又想食金錢肚，又驚食唔晒？呢個拼盤就可以一次過可以滿足兩個願望，過口癮！金錢肚好爽口好入味，大讚！酸菜魚鳳眼餃 4隻（$36）一入口就係酸菜味，咬落係較軟身既魚肉，鐘意食酸菜魚既朋友不妨一試。韭黃鮮蝦腸粉（$42）腸粉皮好香滑，但比較厚，餡料既原隻鮮蝦夠彈牙同韭黃夠香，豉油碟好grand，古銅色加木製手柄，好似食緊fancy pancake倒糖漿甘！呢間點心專門店主打特色新式嘅點心，價錢唔算平但款式好多好新穎，鐘意試新嘢既朋友可以黎試下！
