Paul Lafayet慢慢變成每次喺觀塘食生日飯嘅蛋糕選擇!(原因喺觀塘可以揀到靚cake嘅地方真喺無乜)【Mango Exotic】又真喺幾有異國風情,味道唔喺完全甜椰椰嘅芒果味,而喺帶有少少熱情果同檸檬香,酸酸甜甜唔會太膩,甚有東南亞風味,但就唔喺好食得出白朱古力同椰子嘅味道。【Chocolate Craqulin】好濃郁嘅黑朱古力味!帶有mousse口感,香滑得嚟但又唔會特別漿住把口;底層嘅脆脆唔會因為上層嘅蛋糕而變腍咗,依然保持脆口。【Praline Mille-Feuille】千層酥雖然雪凍咗依然好鬆化,每層酥皮中間夾住榛子醬,基本上都無咩人喺唔鍾意榛子醬,再加埋焦糖cream/mousse,同榛子醬好夾!驚喜嘅喺雖然夾住咁多榛子醬同焦糖都唔會甜到令人無晒胃口,可能因為焦糖嘅苦都稍稍中和咗個味道!*題外話,係呢度買咗幾次cut cake, 最近呢次先發現原來每一件嘅蛋糕都喺同價,可能因為咁我就有個感覺Paul Lafayet無一件signature cake,因為pricing令我區別唔到每舊嘅分別(而且售貨員姐姐又唔會主動推介),不過好處就喺比多咗一個藉口自己試多唔同嘅嘢
