To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🧭獨特體驗:觀塘工廈甜品店,裝修得好靚,完全可以黎打咭。但要留意8pm就會關門,你真係想堂食,7pm前就最好到。呢個位其實係佢地用黎做外賣既大型廚房黎,不過外面裝修做office同埋堂食位咁解。🍳食物質素:桃膠無得輸,我次次去食都係食桃膠。老闆做的麻辣系食物全都好好食。反而我個人唔鐘意食燕窩,所以無乜食過。🍴推薦搭配:有閒錢就試下麻辣花膠、麻辣鮑魚。如果想單純食甜品就必食桃膠。自己整桃膠太煩喇。話說老闆當年做得起呢面生意,就係因為發現到整燕窩係超級煩既野,不如做門生意專係整成品既燕窩(結論係請成隊廚房搞都好煩),然後就爆左了。市場好大,好多女仔願意花錢黎食,又有好多男仔會買黎請女朋友食。老闆話之前有男仔客人一口氣買好多,然後分別送左去3個唔同地址度請人食。只能講呢個客係識玩既🪑環境座位:外面的打咭位好正,值得一去。🚗交通:有啲難搵,第一次黎要有心理準備會迷路,佢個入口係d街邊小店中間,然後行樓梯上去一樓,再行入多20左右先會搵到。💰人頭費:50左右。如果食燕窩就大約100
