To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢排多咗出入觀塘，就開始留意附近有咩正嘢食，最近天氣凍，就好自然會想食d辣野暖下身。朋友介紹呢間川粤時空時尚小廚，話剛剛開咗幾個月，咁岩哂啦，收工即刻約埋同事去試。聖誕節附近唔想同人逼一定要食中菜！大家留意返，正門只有樓梯到達，ok便利店旁邊入，但如果要用升降機，就只會去到餐廳後門。一入到餐廳就覺得老闆都有放d心思裝飾，幾有氣氛。一聞到陣味就知道呢間野會好好食！咁好快手就坐低叫。今次想食海鮮，就叫咗酸菜魚同蒜蓉開邊蝦。蒜蓉開邊蝦雖然話簡單，但都好多功夫，所以我多數都係出街食。呢到呢碟都做得幾出色，蝦夠大隻夠爽口，加埋蒜蓉切得夠細，好食！另外話明川菜點少得酸菜魚！一上枱我地兩個都哇咗一聲，大碟之餘好足料！超多魚片！唔好講咁多，試埋個湯底，夠酸又有麻辣，正！
