To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直都好鍾意食川菜,最近天氣轉凍,不想日日打邊爐,川菜就是一個好選擇!.聽朋友介紹這家新開的「川粵時空」川菜館,難得入觀塘就順道試試,川菜以麻、辣、鮮、香為特色,餐牌選擇都算多,點了下面幾款菜式:🔺酸菜魚一上桌第一個感想係好足料,魚嘅份量好多,配料有萵筍,藕片,木耳。湯底又麻又辣亦夠酸,感覺好刺激,配白飯可以變湯飯,值得一試!🔺紅燒肉店家特別推薦,豬肉軟嫩而且香口嘢味,送飯一流!🔺辣子雞每次到川菜館必試的一道菜,切成細小的雞肉炸過再炒,口味辣中帶香,越吃越過癮,很適合當下酒菜!
